Social & Care · Multi-species
Health, shared expenses, bookings, adoption and community, in one profile, for dogs, cats, horses, aquariums or livestock. Caring for your animal is free.
Five areas, five colours
Each area has its own colour and keeps it everywhere, on the site, in the navigation bar and on buttons. It is not decoration: it is the map.
My animals
Profiles, health, routine and expenses.
Social
Posts, groups and real meet-ups.
Market
Listings and orders between owners.
Services
Providers, bookings and insurance.
Solidarity
Shelters, adoption and volunteering.
My animals
Not a dog app with a field that says “other”. The horse has its training, the aquarium has its parameters, the breeding pen has its litters, and the dog still gets everything you expect.
Companion
Dog, cat, rabbit.
Equestrian
Horse and pony.
Livestock
Cattle, sheep, goats.
Aquarium
Freshwater and saltwater fish.
Exotics
Birds, reptiles and more.
New · Shared expenses
The animal belongs to everyone, and so do the expenses. FAUNA does the maths between co-carers and tells you, at the end of the month, what caring for them really costs.
No money changes hands inside the app. FAUNA only does the maths; settling up stays between you.
Services
Find the people who care for your animal and know what you'll pay, before you book.
Bookings and the insurance comparator open by early October 2026. The map of places already works.
About the comparator, honestly: the quotes are estimates built from insurers' public information. They help you compare cover and orders of magnitude; they don't replace the insurer's official proposal.
For people who work with animals
Providers and shelters don't use the owners' app with a different badge: they have a mode of their own, with its own screens. The account is created in the app and the mode only opens after verification; there's no switch that turns it on by itself.
These accounts haven't opened yet. They open by early October 2026. In the app, under Profile → “I'm a shelter, professional or volunteer”, leave your contact and we'll let you know the day they open.
Vets, grooming, training, pet-sitting, dog walking, transport, physiotherapy, nutrition, behaviour, farriers and boarding.
Associations, municipal kennels and rescue centres, sanctuaries and foster families. Always at 0% commission.
Social
Post whatever you like, but what really matters is the rest: clearing up doubts with people who've been through the same, finding people near you and knowing what's on this weekend.
The everyday life of people who live with animals. Follow whoever inspires you, share what you've learned.
By species, by interest, by region, conversations with people going through the same as you.
Fairs, group dog walks and shows. Every event goes in with a verified source, not hearsay.
Breeding profiles with their history in plain sight, for decisions made with information.
Listings and orders between owners, in the same place where your animal's profile already lives. No leaving for groups on another network.
Red line
0% commission on adoption.
Always.
We don't charge the shelter. We don't charge the adopter. We never have and we never will; it's written in the platform rules, not in a campaign.
The screens
The animal's photo leads, the text is sparse and colour always tells you which area you're in. Four screens, four areas, the same language from start to finish.
My animals
Home
The animal's photo fills the top and the name sits over it. Below, the “Today” list: the vaccine about to expire, the booked appointment, the walk still to log, each line with the stroke of the area it belongs to.
My animals
Expenses
The animal's tricount: how much was spent this month, who paid for what and who owes whom, including people who share the costs without a FAUNA account. The app never moves money.
Social
Social
Stories, photo posts and reactions. Groups, events and messages live in the glyphs at the top, so the feed starts right on the first screen.
Services
Search
Each family of services has its own colour: vet, grooming, daycare, training, sitting. The map is the screen: the pins use the same colour and the bottom sheet lists what's in view.
species
Dog, cat, rabbit, bird, reptile, fish, horse and livestock, each with its own modules.
service types
Vet, grooming, daycare, training, sitting, farrier and shelter.
languages
Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, from day one.
on adoption
No commission. Not from the shelter, not from the adopter. Ever.
GPS walks, training, breeding, food stock, travel, lost animal, adoption contract, post-adoption, provider diary… The full list, area by area, has a page of its own.
The app
The account is created in the mobile app; that's where the profiles, the health record, the QR health card, shared expenses and everything else live. The app is in final testing and is coming soon to the App Store.
In the meantime you can explore adoption and the providers here on the site.
